For you to know who we are and what we offer you, allow us to introduce a familiar concept called the Extended Marketing Mix.
It all started in the early 1960s at Harvard Business School, when Professor E. Jerome McCarthy classified the 4P’s (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) as the recipe for effective and results-driven marketing. These four elements, known as the marketing mix, are often used to craft your marketing plan.

However, this model serves tangible products with little account to the unique nature of service products. As a result, the marketing mix was expanded by Bernard H. Booms and Mary J. Bitner in 1981 by adding the following 3P’s:

     ● People – Recruitment, training and motivation of the right staff to deliver a service to a consumer
     ● Process - Procedure, mechanisms and flow of activities by which services are consumed
     ● Physical Evidence – Case studies, testimonials & demos to enhance service experience before purchase

The new 3P’s, along with the traditional 4P’s, comprise the Extended Marketing Mix, also known as the 7P’s. As you might have guessed by now, the identity of our company “7PEAS” is inspired by those 7 marketing P’s. Since we are a service-based agency, the best way to tell our story is to base it on the very same place it originated from: the 7P’s.
